Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm. We show properties that are available Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am-3:00pm. The properties that have the letter "Y" in the Vacate Date column of the listing are available to be shown.

We have properties with year leases as well as a select few properties with month-to-month leases. You can determine the difference when looking at our property listing by looking for the "M-to-M" in the comment section. Any property that does not specify will be a year's lease. The security deposits will be the same as the rent unless specified otherwise.
