What can I say but Thanks! I previously lived in the area and remembered Judy's name and gave her a call. I was happily surprised that she took on my listing herself. We had mentally moved on from being a landlord and the value of the real estate had achieved the mark we set. Judy meticulously went over the details and got into the weeds to sell my (2) rental 4 plexes to another Owner so they can profit from them for hopefully another 22 years. I highly recommend her for her business savvy and network of great people / contractors (except 1 Beneath Your home , horrible attitude) who got in there fast to address the needs in order for the deal to be executed. This is a testimony. Judy is God sent! I am a realtor and mortgage broker in Texas and naturally I wanted only the best to sell my house in Virginia. The problem is I didn’t know anyone in Virginia.
